Guest Spearker: Sergio Izquierdo, Creator of the documentary Plastic Sphere

Sergio Izquierdo is a conservationist and wildlife photographer, filmmaker and speaker, listed by Forbes magazine as one of the most creative in the Central America and Panama region. With more than 50 stories published in National Geographic Magazines, besides filming for BBC, he has been able to work on all seven continents.  He is a conservationist photographer that loves nature and wildlife.  Sergio is the director and founder of Rescue The Planet, an organization that fights against plastic pollution, climate change, and in favor of species conservation; this organization won the World Champion Award at the World Summit Awards in 2024.  Additionally, he was the director and producer of the documentary Plasticósfera, which won several international festivals.
